Virtual Tele-health
I offer HIPAA-compliant video sessions to clients residing in Colorado as well as any state currently participating in PSYPACT. Please click this section to check the PSYPACT map to confirm specific state eligibility. These sessions provide greater comfort and ease for many, offering the flexibility to attend care from a private space at home or work.
In-Person Sessions
Face-to-face therapy sessions are also available, conducted in a calm, professional office environment in Littleton, designed to foster a grounded and connected therapeutic experience.
Individual and couples psychotherapy sessions (50 minutes) are billed at $200. Payment is due at the time of service via credit card, HSA, or FSA cards. I also accept most major insurances (except Cigna), however, please verify your specific coverage details with your carrier prior to your appointment. I provide a sliding scale for those demonstrating financial need, subject to availability.
